The Online Shopping Expert is a trading name of Dome Media Ltd, company number 15464039, whose registered office is 3rd Floor Hampton Place, 7 Leacon Road, Ashford, England, TN23 4AN.

When you join our early-access list, we collect your email address, the date and time you joined, and a record of the consent wording you agreed to.

We use this information to confirm your subscription, tell you when The Edit launches and send you the updates and offers you have chosen to receive. Our lawful basis for doing so is your consent.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or contacting data@theonlineshoppingexpert.co.uk. Withdrawing consent will not affect any processing that took place before you withdrew it.

We use Resend to deliver our emails and Supabase to store list information. They process your information on our behalf and under our instructions. We do not sell your email address or share it with other organisations for their own marketing.

We will keep your information while you remain subscribed. If you do not confirm your subscription, we will delete or anonymise your pending registration after 30 days. If you unsubscribe, we may retain limited information on a suppression list so that we can respect your request and avoid contacting you again.

You may ask us for access to your personal information, request that inaccurate information be corrected, request deletion or restriction in certain circumstances, or raise an objection or concern about how your information is used.

Please contact data@theonlineshoppingexpert.co.uk with any privacy questions or requests. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

When the full platform launches, we may replace this notice with an updated privacy policy. We will clearly explain any material changes and, where required, ask for fresh consent before using your information for a new purpose.
