HOW DO I REDEEM A KIDS PASS OFFER?

If you have signed up for a trial membership, is important that you cancel your membership during your trial period if you do not wish to continue with your Kids Pass membership. Otherwise a subscription payments will automatically be made and will extend your Kids Pass membership. Please note that cancellations cannot be placed via the Kids Pass membership app, and deleting the app from your phone will not cancel your membership.
You may still cancel your membership after the trial period has ended which will cancel all future payments. Your membership will remain active until the membership expiry date.
Cancellations are quick and easy to process in the members area of the website. Once cancelled you will receive a cancellation email and reference number, and all future payments will be canceled.
