How long does it take to confirm?

Usually a few weeks, tied to the retailer's return or validation window. It sits as pending until confirmed.

Does cashback apply to digital and download purchases?

On many brands, yes, though terms vary between physical and digital items. Some exclude in-game or in-app purchases. The offer details set out what qualifies.

Can I combine a discount code with cashback?

Often, but it depends on the brand. Where both work together the offer says so, and some exclude cashback on sale items, so check first.

Are the discount codes checked?

Yes. Checked before going live and reviewed regularly.

Why might my cashback not track?

Blocked cookies, another cashback service in the same session, or an excluded order can prevent tracking. Reach the brand fresh from the TOSE link with tracking on.

Do I need to shop through TOSE to earn cashback?

Yes. Cashback only tracks when you reach the retailer through a TOSE link and complete your purchase in that session. Visiting the retailer directly, or returning later without clicking through again, means there is nothing for the retailer to attribute back to you.
