How long does it take to confirm?

Often after an initial period that confirms the subscription is kept, commonly a few weeks to a couple of months. It sits as pending until then.

Does cashback pay on free trials?

Usually only once a trial converts to a paid subscription. Many services pay cashback on the first paid term rather than the trial itself. The offer details set out what qualifies.

Can I use a discount code as well?

Sometimes. Where both can be combined the offer says so, and some services exclude cashback when a promotional code is used, so check first.

Are the discount codes checked?

Yes. Checked before going live and reviewed regularly.

Why might my cashback not track?

Blocked cookies, another cashback service in the same session, or an excluded sign-up can stop tracking. Start fresh from the TOSE link with tracking allowed.

Do I need to sign up through TOSE to earn cashback?

Yes. Cashback only tracks when you reach the service through a TOSE link and complete your sign-up in that session. Visiting the service directly, or returning later without clicking through again, means there is nothing to attribute back to you.
