Why does mobile and broadband cashback take longer?

These pay out after a validation period that confirms the contract is live and kept past any cooling-off window. That can be a few months. It stays pending in your account until the provider confirms.

Does cashback apply to SIM-only and upgrades?

It depends on the offer. Many providers pay on new contracts and SIM-only deals, while upgrades or existing-customer changes are sometimes excluded. The offer details set out what qualifies.

Can I use a discount code too?

Sometimes. Where a code and cashback can be combined the offer says so. Some providers exclude cashback when a code is used, so check the details first.

Are the listings checked?

Yes. Codes and offers are checked before going live and reviewed regularly.

Why might my cashback not track?

Blocked cookies, another cashback service in the same session, or a plan the provider excludes can prevent tracking. Reach the provider fresh from the TOSE link with tracking on.

Do I need to sign up through TOSE to earn cashback?

Yes. Cashback only tracks when you reach the provider through a TOSE link and complete your sign-up in that session. Visiting the provider directly, or returning later without clicking through again, means there is nothing to attribute back to you.
