How long does fashion cashback take to confirm?

Most fashion cashback confirms after the retailer's returns window closes, since they wait to see what you keep. That is often around 30 to 90 days. It sits as pending in your account until the order is confirmed.

What happens to my cashback if I return an item?

Cashback is earned on what you keep. If you return part of an order, the cashback usually adjusts to the items you keep. If you return everything, there is nothing to earn cashback on. This is why fashion cashback confirms after the returns window.

Can I use a discount code and earn cashback together?

Often, yes, but it depends on the brand. Where both can be combined the offer will say so. Some brands exclude cashback when a particular code is used, so check the offer details before you check out.

Are the women's fashion discount codes checked?

Yes. Codes are checked before they go live and reviewed regularly. Any dates or conditions show on the offer itself.

Why might my cashback not track?

Tracking can fail if cookies are blocked, if another voucher or cashback service is used in the same session, or if the brand's terms exclude the order. Reaching the brand fresh from the TOSE link, with tracking allowed, gives it the best chance.

Do I need to shop through TOSE to earn cashback?

Yes. Cashback only tracks when you reach the retailer through a TOSE link and complete your purchase in that session. Visiting the retailer directly, or returning later without clicking through again, means there is nothing for the retailer to attribute back to you.

Cashmere, honestly - what you are paying for and when it is worth it

4 min read

When you click through to a fashion brand via TOSE and complete your order, a portion of the commission comes back to you as cashback. It shows as pending first, confirms once the retailer approves the order, then becomes available to withdraw.
