How long does it take to confirm?

Usually a few weeks, tied to the retailer's window. It sits as pending until confirmed.

Can I earn cashback on recipe boxes and food subscriptions?

On many, yes, though terms vary. Some pay on the first box, others on recurring orders. The offer details set out what qualifies.

Can I combine a discount code with cashback?

Often, but it depends on the brand. Where both work together the offer says so, and some exclude cashback with first-order codes, so check first.

Are the discount codes checked?

Yes. Checked before going live and reviewed regularly.

Why might my cashback not track?

Blocked cookies, another cashback service in the same session, or an excluded order can stop tracking. Start fresh from the TOSE link with tracking allowed.

Do I need to shop through TOSE to earn cashback?

Yes. Cashback only tracks when you reach the retailer through a TOSE link and complete your purchase in that session. Visiting the retailer directly, or returning later without clicking through again, means there is nothing for the retailer to attribute back to you.
