How long does it take to confirm?

Usually after the returns window, often around 30 to 90 days, since retailers wait to see what you keep. It sits as pending until then.

Can I earn cashback on gym or fitness memberships?

On some, yes. Where a gym or fitness brand runs cashback, it often pays on sign-up rather than monthly. The offer details set out what qualifies and when.

Can I use a discount code as well?

Often, but it varies by brand. Where both can be combined the offer will say so, and some brands exclude cashback with certain codes, so check the details first.

Are the discount codes checked?

Yes. Checked before going live and reviewed regularly.

Why might my cashback not track?

Blocked cookies, another cashback service in the same session, or an excluded order can prevent tracking. Reach the brand fresh from the TOSE link with tracking on.

Do I need to shop through TOSE to earn cashback?

Yes. Cashback only tracks when you reach the retailer through a TOSE link and complete your purchase in that session. Visiting the retailer directly, or returning later without clicking through again, means there is nothing for the retailer to attribute back to you.
