How long does it take to confirm?

Usually after the returns window, commonly around 30 to 90 days. Larger items like prams sometimes take longer. It sits as pending until then.

Does cashback still apply if I return an item?

Cashback is earned on what you keep. Return part of an order and it usually adjusts to the items kept. Return everything and there is nothing to earn on.

Can I use a discount code too?

Often, but it varies by brand. Where both can be combined the offer says so, and some exclude cashback on sale lines, so check first.

Are the discount codes checked?

Yes. Checked before going live and reviewed regularly.

Why might my cashback not track?

Blocked cookies, another cashback service in the same session, or an excluded order can prevent tracking. Reach the brand fresh from the TOSE link with tracking on.

Do I need to shop through TOSE to earn cashback?

Yes. Cashback only tracks when you reach the retailer through a TOSE link and complete your purchase in that session. Visiting the retailer directly, or returning later without clicking through again, means there is nothing for the retailer to attribute back to you.
