How long does tech cashback take to confirm?

Usually after the returns window, commonly around 30 to 60 days. Higher-value electronics sometimes take a little longer to validate. It sits as pending until confirmed.

Is cashback lower on big-ticket electronics?

Often, yes. Cashback rates on laptops, TVs and phones tend to be lower than on smaller items, because retailer margins are tighter. The rate you see on the offer is the rate you earn.

Can I combine a discount code with cashback?

Sometimes, but it depends on the brand. Where both work together the offer says so. Some retailers exclude cashback on already-reduced tech, so check the details first.

Are the discount codes checked?

Yes. Checked before going live and reviewed regularly.

Why might my cashback not track?

Blocked cookies, another cashback service in the same session, or an excluded order can stop tracking. Start fresh from the TOSE link with tracking allowed.

Do I need to shop through TOSE to earn cashback?

Yes. Cashback only tracks when you reach the retailer through a TOSE link and complete your purchase in that session. Visiting the retailer directly, or returning later without clicking through again, means there is nothing for the retailer to attribute back to you.
