How long does travel cashback take to confirm?

Travel cashback often takes longer to confirm than other categories, because brands typically validate after you have travelled rather than when you book. Package holidays and hotels can take several weeks to a few months. You will see it as pending in your account until then.

Does cashback apply to the whole booking, including taxes and extras?

Usually it applies to the core booking value, and brands often exclude taxes, fees and third-party extras like airport transfers or insurance added at checkout. The offer details set out what counts.

Can I use a discount code and earn cashback on the same booking?

Sometimes. It depends on the brand. Where a code and cashback can be combined, the offer will say so. Some brands exclude cashback when certain codes are used, so it is worth checking the offer details before you book.

Are the travel discount codes checked?

Yes. Codes are checked before they go live and reviewed regularly. Where a code is dated or has conditions, you will see that on the offer.

Why might my travel cashback not track?

Tracking can fail if cookies are blocked, if you use another voucher or cashback service in the same session, or if the brand's terms exclude the booking. Starting your journey fresh from the TOSE link, with tracking allowed, gives it the best chance.

Do I need to book through TOSE to earn cashback?

Yes. Cashback only tracks when you reach the travel brand through a TOSE link and complete the booking in that session. Visiting the brand directly, or returning later without clicking through again, means there is nothing for the brand to attribute back to you.
