How your cashback tracks

Cashback is usually calculated on the value of the items you purchase, excluding VAT, delivery and other charges. If a retailer calculates cashback differently, we'll make that clear on its page.
If your basket includes items with different cashback rates, each item or category earns cashback at the rate that applies to it.
Your purchase will usually appear as pending within a day. The rate shown at first may occasionally differ while the retailer checks the transaction, and will be updated once the sale is confirmed. When TOSE receives the associated commission, your cashback becomes available to withdraw.
